    La Femme Apero uses all deadstock materials, which are leftover from other brands. They also opt for recycled fibers such as recycled polyester.

    Their products are made in Portugal where workers are guaranteed two days off per week, two breaks per day, and high retention rates. The founders also visit the factory once a year.

    Both founders are females. Their partner factory is also co-owned by a female, and production manager is female. 85% of their factory workforce is female.

La Femme Apero was founded by Léa and Sarah

La Femme Apéro is the culmination of its founders' many years of friendship and adventures in the fashion industry, both in Paris and in New York.

Léa Enderlin is a fashion design director and has worked for a variety of brands over the years, most recently consulting for Intermix and Madewell.

Sarah Lequimener is a senior stylist and producer. She has brought her talents and vision to many brands ranging from Uniqlo to Tory Burch and The Row.
